The following guidelines will help you have a better experience using your WienerStick

Spacing Issues:
When placing food on the WienerStick, don't allow the food to rest directly on the metal bottom plate.  This will cause your food to burn on the bottom, rather than cooking all the way through.  Rather, leave a gap of 1/2 to 1/4 of an inch.

Assembly Issues:
There is no assembly required for the WienerStick.  Due to it's unique one-piece construction, you should simply be able to clip it in to the grill on your barbecue, and proceed with cooking.

Don't Touch Hot Metal:
Be VERY careful when taking food off of the WienerStick while it is hot, or while putting the WienerStick onto a hot barbecue.
