Corn on the Cob

Sounds hard but all you have to do is use a skewer to poke a hole through the middle of the cob of corn. (I suggest that you break the corn in half,so it’s not so hard to handle) and then skewer them onto the tines of the WienerStick. You don’t have to do anything else to them but put them on a low heat on the barbecue and put the lid down. Keep checking as times vary with the corn.

When done, remove the WienerStick with tongs or oven mitts, remove corn and roll in butter, salt to taste. Enjoy ! (you might want to brush some oil or butter on before cooking or some people soak corn over night, I’ve found no big difference.
