Salmon Steaks

Cut salmon in about 1 inch steaks, and pierce vertically on WienerStick. You can brush on butter, oil and whatever seasoning you like, or leave it plain. Then just place on the grill and let it cook until it becomes kind of milky looking and flakes when touched by a knife. Remove the whole WienerStick with oven mitts and remove steaks with a fork or tongs and enjoy.
